Welcome to ACA Made Simple Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who We Are

ACA Made Simple Inc is a licensed health insurance agency. We help consumers compare, enroll in, and maintain health coverage through the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace and through participating carriers. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with HealthCare.gov or any state exchange. We do not underwrite insurance; coverage is issued by the carrier you select.

No Guarantee of Coverage or Savings

Information on this site is general and is not insurance, tax, or legal advice. Eligibility, premiums, subsidies, and effective dates are determined by the Marketplace and by the issuing carrier, not by us. Quotes and estimates are not offers of coverage.

Your Information

You agree to give accurate and complete information when you request a quote, submit an application, or ask us to act on your behalf, and to tell us promptly when that information changes. Marketplace applications are submitted under penalty of perjury; inaccurate information can affect your eligibility and your coverage.

SMS and Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from ACA Made Simple Inc at that number.

  • Two separate consents. Checking “SMS Consent” authorizes service messages about your own application or policy: appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests, application status updates, effective date and premium due reminders, enrollment period reminders, and replies to messages you send us. Checking “Marketing Consent” additionally authorizes promotional messages, such as plan and savings offers, new product announcements, and seasonal enrollment promotions.

  • Consent is optional. Neither checkbox is pre-checked, neither is required to submit the form, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any coverage or of receiving any service from us.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@acamadesimpleinc.com.

  • Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Your number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Telephone Contact

By providing your telephone number, you consent to be contacted by a licensed agent at that number about your request. You may withdraw that consent at any time by telling the agent, by replying STOP to a text message, or by emailing info@acamadesimpleinc.com.

Intellectual Property

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The Effective Date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
